Little Property Tracker is Little Real Estate’s property management application for property investors and tenants, allowing you to see real-time information of your property.

For property investors
See when rent has been paid, view maintenance costs and access the latest inspection reports. When it comes to tax time, all your financial information is in one place. The app also allows you to request a valuation of your property.

For tenants
View your contract start and end dates, see when your rent is due and receive confirmation that rent has been paid. You can also submit maintenance requests to your property manager via the app.

This service is only available for Little Real Estate owners and tenants (littlerealestate.com.au). You will need to login to use the service. Please refer to your property manager to gain access.
